Center-Based Employment TrainingThe Center-Based Production & Employment Training Program is a descendent of the program around which VIP Services was initially founded. Subcontract work from local and regional corporate business partners forms the core of the jobs that keep the production center humming with activity. Not only does this work serve the needs of VIP Services clients, but it also offers our business partners important solutions to their production challenges and it keeps work in our community. Center-based training provides VIP Services clients with the opportunity to experience a feeling of pride in a job well done; to be productive in a real work environment; and, to earn wages to enhance their financial independence.
